My husband asked for a curtesy shuttle home, they forgot to add him to the list. Then, the free tire alignment assessment was never discussed at pick up so not sure if it’s off or not. After the recall was fixed, oil changed and tire alignment checked .. our suddenly working perfectly fine AC is now only blowing hot air. We have 4 small children and it’s 114 degrees today.. we had somewhere to be and we had to suffer in this heat with the windows down. The van is 2 years old. Not sure what happened.. but it worked perfectly fine when my husband brought it in. He called when we discovered the problem, we were told to come back in the morning tomorrow.. which we will do. I hope you guys can remedy this situation. I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied.
