I only asked for a full synthetic oil change and was charged thirty extra dollars to do a tire rotation, which I never asked for. When I brought it up to the employee’s attention he didn’t seem to care that he was charging me for something that I didn’t ask for; nor did he ask for permission to do it. Spending the extra money has caused a financial hardship since my wife and I are very limited on funds right now. If that amount can be refunded, or a free oil change with fluid top offs for my next visit are possible, I would really appreciate it. I’m sorry, I always have a great experience but unfortunately I couldn’t say the same for today.

I’ve been bringing my car here since I bought it in January of 2015. Today I waited for 4 hours. After we finalized what needed to be done I didn’t receive any more updates & I had to ask to see what was going on. I’m not used to going through that while receiving service at Rock Honda. It was pretty frustrating. Although my service writer was very polite, I would have appreciated some sort of follow up while having to wait that long.
