At first i was a bit disappointed about the diagnose of my car, after they doing a further inspection which they could have chosen not to do, they explained in detail what was wring with my car. Rufino was great, professional and friendly. Very happy with his service, took the time to my car inspect a whole month every Saturday to ensure my car was cleared of any wrong diagnosis. I waited for about 15min outside in the service dept area, till a young lady came by and ask if they were bringing my car. I replied no, and she went and immediately brought my car to me. I think you forgot about me or, someone was supposed to bring my car and was distracted.
