I came in for 3 things. Right when I went into the service lane I told the girl I wanted them to check my radiator cap because I couldn’t take it off. It seemed like it was stuck 2nd thing my front windshield is cracked so I wanted to see if I had any options towards that and the 3rd thing was for an oil change. The girl disregarded everything else and only put down an oil change. when my car was “done” all of a sudden my key battery is “low” it was never low before. So I told the service desk and they replaced the battery. After I drove off the tire pressure light came on. This is the SECOND time the tire pressure light turns on after I’ve gotten a service done at Honda. Like really. I don’t have time to be going back and forth. The service desk offered me a wheel alignment for $359 for lifetime. I told her last time I came in to get a service the guy was charging $200 for lifetime. I don’t know what’s going on with your guys prices but they need To have a set price. That’s ridiculous.
