I had a great experience at Rock Honda today. The service was completed in a timely manner and most of all I felt listened to and understood by Iris. She was very helpful and validating. This is my 4th time coming in to service my vehicle @ Rock Honda and I never felt like I should return to a specific advisor, but after today I think I found someone that I will request for my future visits. This is the second time I’ve had Kevin take care of my car.
Although the issues were not complicated, Kevin thoroughly explained everything that he was going to do for me, issues were all corrected as promised, but what was most impressive to me was the he is easy to talk to, was sincere in our conversations, and I left with a feeling of confidence and trustworthiness that is rare nowadays. I used to take my car to Metro Honda, but stopped because I could not trust them to deliver on their commitments.
