Amanda was attentive and courteous. It just **** that the factory battery only lasted a year and a half. Honda should find a new battery manufacturer.

Coming from a Honda/Acura owner of 15 years.
There isn't enough I can say about Ruben and Eddie. I brought my Acura in because I've been getting terrible MPG. I've always taken it to Acura, but they didn't find anything, so I wanted to try Honda. WOW!! They ended up finding out that I had a hole in a filter, in which is a big reason why I'm getting terrible MPG. They always kept me up to date with what they were doing, very professional, polite ( I was on the phone sometimes ) and they even got someone to quickly go get the replacement part because they were out so I didn't have to come back another day. The jury is still out for my MPG, but thank you Ruben and Eddie for the amazing service.
