He inquired if I had any further questions before having my car serviced and upon returning, gave me an update on recommendations for my car. I ask for Mariano Galdamez every time I get my car repaired. He is fast, professional and follows up. He goes out of his way to do everything he can to accommodate your needs. I have never been disappointed. It is no wonder they promoted him to manager. Every staff person should use him as their role model. He is the reason I use their service department for my 2013 Honda Accord.

I did speak with the supervisor who confirmed the texting system was not functioning correctly. Unexplained, though, is the fact that, due to lack of response from Kevin I called and was informed he had “stepped out” and a message would be left for him to call me. He called much later, past the time I could have arranged for a ride to pick up my car.

Service advisor seemed to be rushed. Did not listen to my concerns over the price I normally pay and what he quoted me. After service was complete I realized he used synthetic oil. I pay less for synthetic oil change on my Acura than what I was charged. I told him I would never return and he said ok I inquired about a gas cap and he just sent me to the parts department. I will never return to your service department or purchase a car from someone that employees such bad service advisors. We will buy many other Honda and Acura vehicles we will just drive further away from our house for our business and service Regretfully Juan C
