Andy was an excellent employee and was extremely helpful. He was able to match one of my coupons and took very good care of me and my car. I will definitely be coming back to Andy next time I need any work done on my car. He made the process smooth and valued my time. He is an embodiment of what incredible customer service should be.

Salam Elnasleh provided me w/the best customer service experience I've ever had at Rock Honda, Fontana, CA. He greeted me immediately when I pulled-in & got me all checked-in right away (even though I did not have an app't). He was a great listener & I could tell through his actions he really cares & takes great pride in the work he does – it really shows/it's quite evident. He went above-&-beyond throughout the entire process. He printed out for me a diagram he could find of the drive belt & pulleys per my request. He was very thorough, professional, organized, attentive, kind, great attitude & demeanor. I did not not have to remind him of anything - he delivered all the way; all my paper & documents when I left were neatly organized. I am HIGHLY SATISFIED b/c of the service that service advisor Salam Elnasleh blessed me with - he made me feel like a very valued customer & I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
