I appreciated the fact that Eduardo wasnt concern with ratings but rather focused on making sure that my car got the service that was needed. Unlike others that are only focuse on making the customers give them a good rating

I asked if filling the wind shield wiper fluid was part of the service and was told that it was. When I got home it was still empty, That’s twice it was not filled my car and my husbands civic as well. Not sure what’s going on over there but it seems like the customer service is going in the wrong direction!! Another thing that’s bothering me is that last time I brought my accord for service I was told I needed a wheel alignment. This time I was told my alignment was perfect. I hope you guys get your act together, we’ve bought 2 car from you guys and this is the second time that I have commented on the direction of your customer service.
