The advisor that helped me Jazmen Leon did not have answers to my questions. I usually get service done at Penske Honda and Riverside Honda and after they take my car for inspection the advisor always calls me back within 15-20 minutes to let me know what they will be doing and if they recommend anything else. During my visit today that was not done I had to ask, and she did not have answers. Also, she knew I was waiting for my service to be done and she called me when I was sitting in waiting area. I also don’t know if she was too shy but she did not speak loud enough I had to keep asking her to repeat herself, and she was not making sense. I live in Fontana close to Rock Honda but I don’t think I will be doing service there anymore, I would rather drive to Riverside Honda were I know the advisors are more professional.
