There is a deficiency in the service . One is the car was return to me Wait later than the estimated time second one is my car is not returned complete.. my tire valve caps are missing when the car is brought back

I took my vehicle for service almost 2 months ago and they inspected all my fluids for my vehicle and forgot to close the lid for my transmission fluid and my vehicle was leaking fluid until I saw it leaking and I told him bout it and I had to pay out of my pocket for the dealers mistake $150 for them not doing their job correctly I am very dissapointed

The service was timely and under quoted time. My problem is that my car was given back to me and all my settings on the SiriusXM were gone including having to reconnect my phone. Nobody seemed interested in helping me or showing me how to get them back. I have to pull out the manual and hopefully figure it out. Icons gone, presets gone, everything. Preferences wiped out. Very annoying. I understand they had to download the update for a recall but I should have been given some warning this was going to happen or at least an attempt at helping.
