Took my car to have Bluetooth and rear defroster checked. Car is a 2016 Honda civic with a,little over 14k in mileage. Car is under manufacturer warranty. Mr Mariano states that although car is under warranty there could still be a chance that I might still be charged if the tech finds an issue not covered by warranty. Sure enough they find an issue regarding the headline claiming that it looks like somebody has messed with clips and that is not covered by warranty. He then state's that it will cost 290.00 to fix. I told him I would not pay that. He then says he can do it for 145.00. So I responded that I will take it to Carmax where I bought car. He then tells me, here's what I will do for you. I will reconnect everything aND not charge you anything. I felt like Mr Mariano was trying to make money off me. When he stared haggling about headliner price I lost all trust in him and your dealership. I will never return to Rock Honda nor will I recommend you to any of my family, friend or coworkers.

Firstly let this NOT be a reflection to Jazmen’s ability and competence as a Service Rep. She was courteously competent and she did well. The car was not handled carefuly by your workshop. There was no protective mat placed in the car and the iside of the door was smudged. Further more it was not run through car wash either. I hope this is viewed as a constructive crticism and not as a complain only.

My 2019 Insight was damaged when they installed the spoiler. I trusted them with my car that I owned for less than 24 hours and they dented the trunk during installation. I was promised that it will be fixed and that I will be providerd with a loaner car but the joy of having a new car was tainted by this experience. After the repair I am not coming back.

I went in at 10:30 a.m. for an oil change and on my way home I realized my oil change hasn’t done. I took it in at 40% and left with 40% for my oil life. So I don’t understand what they did, plus I couldn’t go back because you guys closed at 3. Very unsatisfied and unprofessional!
