This is my first time for service here. I bought my car about 2 1/2 months ago. Both my keys had low batters but one didn't work at all.
After 2 hours of being here the lady helping me told me I had the battery in the wrong way (the one I put a new battery in that didn't work). She said they put in a new battery in the other one.
So I go all the way home to Pomona to find out one still worked with a low battery and the other one still didn't work at all. Nothing was changed.
So, now I have to come on Friday to try again to see if I can have 2 working keys this time. Doesn't anyone check these things?

Iris was great! However, I replaced my air filter 2 weeks ago and was told it needed to be replaced. Really? Also, my third brake light was out and they wanted to charge me $69.99 to replace it. Price gouge? I replaced it myself for $9! Another thing that was brought to my attention was that they claimed to have inspected my interior lights. Documents stated to be ok. Only one light is working 3 are out! Come on guys! Sloppy and greedy. prime example on why I never take my vehicles in for service at a dealership unless it's warranty work or recalls like this. Not good. Iris, the service advisor did her job well and was friendly. What she was ordered to present to me was ****. I think you guys get the point. Enough said
