Multiple times coming in for the same repairs that were just done to my vehicle Yvonne assured me she would keep me informed of what was happening with my vehicle. I got a text message saying we haven't forgotten you I eventually had to call myself. Never once did she speak to me of the repairs that they were going to re-do! I will never recommend or have my car worked on here ever again Unless of course like the last 4 xs it's work that was just performed and has to be redone due to incompetence and knock off parts ! I paid for a Honda power steering pump and they put after market in this second time why even come to a Honda Dealer if they aren't giving Genuine Honda parts and Genuine Honda Service lousy place
