I brought my car in for an oil change and to have my power outlet in my center console fixed. I was told that the fuse was replaced because it had burned out. Needless to say the power outlet is still not fixed! When I arrived at the service center I was told it would take about 45 minutes for the oil change and another hour for a service technician to diagnose the issue with the power outlet and have it fixed. I was in and out of service within 40 minutes, which leads me to believe that the power outlet was NEVER looked at. I understand that it is Rock Honda’s goal to get customers vehicles back to them in a timely manner, but I feel in this case feel the quality of work was subpar. In my honest opinion I would rather wait longer and have the job done right than have the needs of my vehicle overlooked.
I attempted to call my service writer to get the problem resolved, but he was out to lunch. I then asked to speak with the service manager, who never came to the phone after waiting on hold for 12+ minutes. I’m truly disappointed with my service today.
