This is the 3rd time I've brought my brand new 2019 Odyssey in because the passenger side back door will not always close while on the automatic feature. The problem was observed and verified by Rock Honda Advisor Jazmen Leon and taken in to be fixed. After 2 days I was told although duplicated and observed again by the tech in the shop no code showed a problem and no recall is currently outstanding so it was escalated to tech line and while that processed I was asked to pick up my vehicle and return it back on Wednesday morning(today) I promptly dropped it off at 730am and left with a courtesy vehicle. At 330p I was in contact with Jazmen who informed me that because the door was no longer showing the problem when observed by the foreman in the shop there was nothing they could do to help me further so I was to come pick up my vehicle. I picked up by vehicle after 5pm, drove home to pick up my kids, opened the door and again it would not close. I'm highly disappointed and angry. This is my first Honda purchase and definitely my last. This car is brand new and I cannot fully enjoy it because I'm afraid to even open the doors. I hope Honda finds a way to resolve this soon because it is not okay and quite frankly could pose as a safety hazard to my children who sit in the back seat near that door.

Not upfront and informed me that appointments don't make a difference. Someone from honda is right im getting two different stories, please inform me what is the correct way to get service done when time is essential. Appointment or no appointment? I received a recall letter that asked to set an appointment and when I inquired with service "professional " he informed me it doesn't make a difference if I had an appointment or not for recall?? This is very miss leading for your customers not to leave out his customer service needs a managers attention. I did send a email earlier to voice my concerns with no response but instead I did get a service survey. I hope you understand my concerns.
