I sat in my car for a while no one came to me, then I was asked to pull forward then I sat there for about 10 minutes more the advisors outside where just standing there chit chatting and laughing then two more cars came after me and they were helped immediately by one of the advisors, I was very upset and told a young lady that if anyone was going to help me and asked why I was skipped and she just said I’m sorry let me get someone to help you. The same guy that skipped me helped me, then I was sent to Rufino he was very nice and helpful. To be honest every time I come here I have a horrible experience last time they told me they couldn’t fix my Bluetooth and that I would get a call from a manager when they found a resolution for my car and I never got a call. The next week I got it fixed my Honda of Loma Linda, the only reason I come to this dealer is because I bought a lifetime alignment or else I wouldn’t come here.

I am tired of the long waits and watching your employees standing around talking to each other. The service is terrible. I was told that a 100,000 mile service is needed and they I would be given a discount. The discount is a joke. This is well overpriced and I don’t trust that anything they are actually saying is going to be done. I have been lied to about my tires, recalls, price quotes and the general things that need to be taken care of. I have been documenting the bad service experiences. I plan to contact corporate and make sure that this doesn’t happen to myself or other customers.
