Third time taking vehicle in, on a follow up call I was told by the substitute advisor that a new part needed approval... When I got the call that my vehicle was ready, I was told no parts where replaced? That makes me think a part needed replacement but didn’t because of cost? Or the techs don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle and attempted their third “reset the system”. I’ll test drive and hopefully it drives fine. SAD!

I really appreciate the service I received today from Shafic I told him about my car alignment and ask about a battery check told me no problem. I received a call that my car was done and the battery was replaced because it failed the check, battery was under warranty and replaced with no charge that was a nice surprise!
