Estela exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with Allstate insurance; My family and I were involved in an accident and after the body work was completed, we took our 2007 Acura MDX to Rock Honda. This is where I met Estela. I was under a tight deadline from Allstate to have the vehicle diagnosed. Estela was able to have the car fully diagnosed within one day and from this we found out I had 2 broken motor mounts. Allstate was reluctant to cover this work but do to Estella’s diligence, Allstate agreed to pay for this work.

She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had anything I needed while I waited for my car to be serviced. She even went out of her own way to let me borrow a charger for my phone while I attended work meetings. Thank you for having an employee such as Amanda.
