I needed a new tire because it couldn’t be patched and they said it wouldn’t be in stock until Tuesday. I feel like more could have been done to find a replacement tire. I just purchased my vehicle in September and was called several times to complete a survey. Someone called to find out about my service the day after and for weeks after asking to complete a survey. They may have found a tire if they put forth half of the effort they did to get my feedback on the survey
