Soemy did not provide good customer service. She did not keep me updated about my vehicle. I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and a car wash and when my car was ready no one notified me that it was ready. I went to the front to inquire about my vehicle and found out it was already done. Who ever washed the car did a great job. But the service took way to long and no apologies were given afterwards. They estimated an hour and a half wait time and it was double than that. Terrible experience

My only complaint is that the name under the account needs to be changed, my name is christopher puentes. Please change the name under the service account to christopher puentes! I am the sole owner of theirs vehicle. And I asked for it to be changed and it hasn’t been done. Also I’ve been getting harassed by Honda for like a month about the product update for my 2016 Honda Civic, all to schedule an appointment and you guys didn’t even have the materials to complete my product update on my vehicle! Come on Honda! I am very displeased because this is an inconvenience to me because now I have to schedule another appointment and go back when you guys are ready for me ????
