Rufino Salinas was amazing and very sweet. He made me feel welcomed and at ease. Everything was nice and I really enjoyed the service. Rock Honda is just a wonderful experience.

Rufino Salinas provided great customer service. My only disappointment was on the quality of the exterior car wash that was included with the service I purchased. The rims of my vehicle were noticeably dirty and the roof had dirty water droplets.

1hr and 45 min to do an oil and filter service!!?
This guy Mr Flores is a big liar telling me that the mechanic couldn't start service on my vehicle because they had to order the oil filter, Big Lie!!
I checked in the parts dept asking for the oil filter on my pilot 2016 just to see if they we're out of stock, and the toll me most of hondas are the same type of filters with the exception of a few models.
So my conclutions was that this guy didn't submit my car paperwork on time. The Worse of this case is liying to customer giving false excuses trying to cover they mistakes.
And a big miracle happens, my car was out in 15 min after...
