Jimmy **** really did a damn good job taking care of me. I took my car in, and ended up leaving soon after because of a diagnostic fee that I couldn’t afford in the event that my warranty didn’t cover my A/C which was blowing hot. I left the dealer and was about to get on the freeway and Jimmy called me and told me that his manager waived the fee even if it wasn’t covered! I turned around to take my car back, he told me to have a seat and they got the car in the shop right away. After two minutes of waiting, Jimmy came back to tell me that my AC WAS covered by my warranty. Soon after I was driving back home with an ice cold air conditioner! He really went out of his way to help me because he shared it was his day off and he was only supposed to be there for a few hours, my situation turned that into a whole day, so I really extremely appreciate that huge effort on his part. Thank you!

Mr. Flores was very professional. When I left the lot I noticed the tire pressure light was on. I immediately returned and it was taken care in no time. I was completely satisfied at that point, however, when I got to my first stop, I noticed the attendant who took care of it left his oily fingerprints on the outside of the driver door and inside the car. This was very disappointing because I not only had oil on my hands but I paid for a car wash.
