I appreciate the help I received at Rock Honda and a service receipt with Jimmy ****. On the same day I took my car to Valley Hi Honda in Victorville and received bad customer service a long story short I was told I could not get my service and that was it I called Rock Honda and they told me they can help me to get my oil changed I was greeted when I told you that which is something I was not done at Valley High. I had to commute 45 minutes away from home to get my oil changed Jimmy and the rest of the staff at Rock Honda gave me excellent customer service. They showed me the kind of customer service I used to always get from Honda. Thank you for making my bad day into a good one.
