Was quoted an hour and 10 minutes was there for 2 and a half hours. Normally at towhee dealerships I’m given a complimentary car wash , here i wasn’t. When my vehicle was returned to me , it seemed okay but as I was driving my glove compartment became undone. And I had to fix it cause everything fell out. If they unhinges it by accident they could have told me not just slowly placed it to make it stay still till I left. Like helloo

Ruffino Salas has the BEST customer service. I literally could go to any honda or Acura dealership to get my car serviced but I stay with Rock Honda to service all my 5 vehicles. I feel like Rick Hinda is home because if Rufino. I think I probably would go somewhere else if her wasn't my service guy. Keep up the good work and thanks for employing excellent service people. I foun da parts quote from another Honda dealership for the exact same part - 06351-SJC-A10 Lock Assembly, Steering (Service). Rock Honda charged us $265.36. Not only did Jim White Honda quote a price of $152.47 (43% less), but they show the full list price as only $224.88. I understand that different dealerships may charge different prices for parts, but none should charge 16% more than list price. This causes me to doubt the value of Rock Honda services across the board. In searching the internet for how much people were paying for ignition replacements, it was considerably less across the board. It used to be that manufacturer dealerships would take advantage of customers and I am getting that feeling again with Rock Honda. I bought my Acura at a dealership in West Coving and have had nearly all of my service done there. I drive past three other Acura dealerships because of the great service. Not once have they done anything that cause me to doubt their service. We also purchased our Ridgeline at Rock Honda and have had all of our service done there, but I am seriously doubting whether or not we are going to continue. Your service has always been good overall. You have always offered us a loaner car in the past and we have only taken you up on that offer once. But this time, when we really needed it, Rock Honda let us down. I recognize that you were very busy, but when our Honda failed unexpectedly, that is the time we need the service. And it wasn't there. It's not like this was routine or optional service.

I had to schedule an appointment at 10am yet I was there for 3 hours just for an oil change and I overheard management complaining about it as well. It was just too much of a long wait for me this time around
