To start didn’t want to respect my appointment and he asked me how I made my appointment I said that I used my Honda app and he said that it doesn’t work and now, I took my car three times in four years for the same reason and this time they charged me and thats not fair

It was horrible. HORRIBLE. seriously. I called last week 3 separate times for an appointment. After the operator put me through to service the phone rang for THREE minutes at one point until I gave up and hung up. That should have been a reg flag. When I finally got through I had to wait until Wednesday this week. Totally fine. Was glad to hear appointments were being made to control the flow of people. My appoint was at 2pm. I pulled up exactly at 2:01. 2:03 I was greeted by an attendent and asked to stay on my car that a customer service person would be with me shortly. I thought I was off to a great start....WRONG. Two cars in front of me were driven away and I was hanging out in the middle of the drive way. A car had entered around 2:20 and pulled all the way up. Another man came to my window and asked me to pull forward behind the car that had just driven up. He said not to worry I would be taken first since I had been waiting so long. I answered a work call while waiting in my car I noticed the customer service guy (I think his name was nick? Younger guy) he went up to that car before me. The man who told me I was next said “no (pointed to me) she’s next.” The guys looks around and continues to help the person in front of me. What?! It was now 2:37. 37 minutes after my appointment. Rafino I think his name was, took me inside. Asked what I was here for. Simple A1 service. Oil change tire rotation check levels blah blah. He said “we are very busy it is going to take 2 hours” what?! Ok ok 2 hours. I needed to pick up my daughter by 5 and made that very clear. 3 hours for my OIL CHANGE appointment should be plenty of time. At exactly 2 hours, the girl that was helped by nick BEFORE me was called her car was ready. What?! So I go to Rafino, “can you see if my car is ready it’s been two hours I have to get my daughter in 30 minutes.” Oh I’m sorry we are soooo busy today. Ok so WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE AND GIVE ME A TIME SLOT IF YOURE NOT TAKING WALK INS AND STILL MAKING ME WAIT 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change? It was a complete joke. 5 pm now THREE HOURS SINCE MY APPOINTMENT nothing. I went to Nick because Rafino was no where (phone literally ringing off the hook no one ever answered it) I said”I need my car now. Oil or no oil I need my car” he goes out and comes back and says they’re putting oil in now- 5minutes. Bullsh$& 5:20 TWENTY MINUTES AFTER THE TIME IM SUPPOSED TO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER. Rafino gets the paperwork, rushing and apologizing. Not their fault. It’s management or corporates fault. Whoever implemented an appointment schedule that overloads the workers so much they are behind 3 1/2 hours?? Are you kidding me? Rafino says they need to hire more people. PEOPLE ARE PUT OF WORK! HIRE THEM! Or Do NOT schedule more than you can handle. You care more about money than your customers. I’m a teacher with a crazy freaking schedule right now and this was the last thing I needed. Didn’t even get to go over my so-called 5point Inspection with me! And I noticed when I got home my engine filter as in the red. So now what?? I HAVE BEEN COMING FOR YEARS. I will NEVER come back. I will drive to metro Honda or even Spreen. And you have the audacity to ask if I was to purchase 3 years of oil changes or whatever??? Hahahahahhaha seriously hilarious. I will be calling management tomorrow.

Well I was told my brakes were warped, just had them done three months ago, I was told because of the way the vehicle was driven, yet there’s other ways the rotors could have gotten warped. For example if the wheels were not correctly tightened right, or maybe the caliper was not functioning correctly, but I don’t think they even check those things. I just spent $500 a few months ago and now another two to get the rotors machined. And I was there from7:30am until 1:20pm Had not eaten breakfast nor lunch. Very upset.
