I was told different information from different people regarding when I could go get my recalls fixed. The sales manager told me I could drive up anytime and get the recalls repaired and it would only take a few minutes. When I called the repair center they said it was by appointment only. I then received 2 calls from Rock Honda. One from the sales manager urging me to take my van in for the repairs and I did not need a appointment. When I drove into the repair center they said they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment and I had to let them hear the voicemail from the sales manager and explain the frustration with the miscommunication.
The gentleman who assisted me with the recalls in the repair center. I believe his name was Shafiq was very understanding and helpful after hearing me out and accepting my vehicle for repair.
