I don’t know if you had received my text messages and photos but upon arriving home from picking up my van I found a big scratch underneath the captain seat at the left middle row and a broken plastic tab at the back compartment. Appt was at10:30am for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was there (on video) at 10:23am
Note the record from when ROCK HONDA sent the text message that my vehicle was ready: nearly 4 hours. <~~ not hyperbole... Rock Honda has all the verifiable data.
The car was done and the Service Tech. (Kevin) was great, but the process really fell from where the service level used to be. I hope this is/was an anomaly.
