Wouldn't match Ontario Honda oil change coupon. Had to go back because tpms light came on. Took 2 hours to change my oil and I had a appointment my advisor was fine it wasn't his fault

I had a coupon for a $29.99 oil change that was not honored. It expired on Labor Day, but I explained that I went to the dealer during the labor day weekend, only to discover that I needed an appointment. I was not aware of this. Rufino asked the manager and came back to tell me that he could not accept it and gave me a smaller discount off of the standard price. I accepted it but was not happy. I was also not happy when he told me it would take 2 hours for the oil change. I was going to take the shuttle home, but then Rufino told me I should stay because it will probably be ready sooner. It still took 1 hour and 40 minutes. That is too long to wait for just an oil change. So I know some of this is not Rufino's fault, but overall I still was not satisfied.

The only feedback I have every time I get an oil change is the wait time. I had an appointment at 12:15pm. The car was checked in and serviced at 1:15pm, then a 15-minute wait for shuttle pick up.
I received a call that the car was completed at 2:24pm and waited until after 4:00pm for shuttle pick-up. I had hoped for a quicker way to get serviced, especially with an appointment made beforehand.
