Rufino was very understanding about my concerns about my vehicle. He explained everything that they did to my car . He went beyond his duties. When I went to get my vehicle I wasn’t too happy but after talking to Rufino I felt a lot better. I have no problems with Rock Honda with my vehicle. Everyone is very courteous and friendly.

My rims were scrapped and scratched with marks I didn’t have on my rims before until tire change. Rims were also left dirty along with the spare and extra tire thrown in back of my trunk on my equipment and things in trunk. Very unprofessional and dirty to say the least after dropping $1k in service and repair. I called back immediately and spoke with Emily who said the Service Director would call me and NEVER DID.
