I went to pick up my car today after I had dropped it off to get detailed. I had spoken to a gentleman that was helping me outside and he said that the detail would take care of the stains on the passenger seat and rear seats. I left it with Tiffany who was very kind. I went to pick up my car the same day and it doesn't even look like the seats were touched. I spoke to a man named Greg or Gregory who was very helpful and assured me that the stains would be taken care of the following day. I bought it to Rock Honda because when I scheduled the appointment I asked if the seat stains would be cleaned with the gentleman on the phone and he said yes they would be and the seats would be cleaned.

I took my vehicle in for 3 different services. One of the 3 was to tint my windows. I was informed when I arrived that the person assigned for this service would not be in for the day. Now I have to schedule another appointment. On another note, when I called I was provided with one quote when I arrived the girl behind the counter provided me with a different quote of a 100 dollars more. Not sure why I would receive 2 different quotes. This definitely has given me trust issues with Honda.
