When I took my car back to say it’s still broken I was asked to pay more money. Services that were not needed or inspected to see it they were needed were being pushed on me (cabin filter replacement, transmission fluid, power steering fluid replacement, etc). As someone that has come to Rock Honda for almost 5 years, I for once felt like Rock Honda was not solely there for my interest but their own. I hope something changes for next time to have open dialogue about my car instead of feeling semi-forced to agree to unnecessary services.
