We received an email for maintenance service specials, so we made an appointment online for 1pm on 01/19/21. We arrived at the service bay promptly, actually early at 12:45pm. There were only 2 other vehicles ahead of us. We were told to stay in our vehicle and wait for a representative to come out. It wasn’t until 1:05pm that someone came out to check the mileage of our 2012 Honda Pilot Touring. At 1:15pm a different representative came out to put a service number placard on the dash due to the strong winds. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Flores came out to **** me into the building and begin the paperwork. All that we needed was an oil and filter change as well as tire rotation and a safety inspection. Mr. Flores was efficient, which is all I asked for since we had been there for over 30 minutes waiting already!!! We finally left Rock Honda at 1:25 pm! We made the online appointment in the thought that we would not have to wait or deal with crowds being that we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. So our dissatisfaction today is with the timeliness of the service when we made a 1:00 pm appointment! We thought that making an appointment would have sped up the process, but obviously, we were wrong. We honestly did not see the difference it would have made had we just showed up without making an appointment. I think next time we will just go to Jiffy Lube!
