Today i trusted your personnel to change vehicle oil and wipers and i had the worst unimaginable experience of my life. My vehicle keys were misplaced when i arrived to pick up my vehicle, i had to wait for approximately 45 mins until one employee who was looking for them realized that he had them in his pocket, after that i drive away to find that my oil percentage still showed the same low percentage as when it was dropped off to service the change, i returm and asked about it, they had to check again n when my car was returned the keys were again not returned to my car but car was on and i drove home keyless entry and callec service tech who kept keys in his pocket. i understand that clearly it was an oversight on several parties but TWICE...why is personnel putting keys in their pockets and not taking safety measures due to COVID, staff should not ne putting vehicle keys in their pockets, additionally, why was my oil at 40 % after it was supposedly changed, this caused me great stress and i wasted so much of my day due to incompetence and poor customer service, i will not be returming to your service department and i will be sending a formal complaint to Honda Corporation, i am so dissapointed and i was so stressed and upset to the point that it ruined my entire day, i had my vehicle serviced since i bought it and this is the last time i will not be returning.

My car was mixed up with another car, which was a mistake and wasn’t upset about that, but no one double checked anything. So the windshield wipers were not replaced with new ones which I had paid for. Luckily I used them and discovered the mistake the next day, but if I hadn’t when it did rain again I would have had broken wipers. I feel like I have to double check everything.

Below average customer service and added additional costs that were briefly discussed. Since I have no knowledge of what my vehicle needed i pay for what was requested with the dissatisfaction of feeling like I was informed much . There should be quality control of information being conveyed to customers and more transparency. I would go else where if possible but rock Honda only serves as convenient and not useful.

I was disappointed that my appointment seemed to mean nothing towards my priority through the process. I waited thirty minutes in my car when I arrived before anyone spoke to me besides being sternly told to stay in my car. Then my oil change took an hour thirty five. This is an unreasonable amount of time for a minor service where I was confirmed with an appointment to be at the dealer for two plus hours.
I was also troubled that the dealer has made no accommodation for COVID for waiting customers. Blocking off seats for the indoor waiting area is a way to cover the dealers liability. Accommodation for the customer would have been to make a shaded outdoor area to wait. It was hot today and I got dehydrated from waiting outside for two hours. Having tables or chairs to wait in the shade made by the building would be better than nothing.
Both of these combined with a $95 oil change doesn’t leave me satisfied.
