my appt was not on the books for some reason but I did get a reminder so there something happened to the scheduling somewhere along the way. I was able to get the job done but waited an hour twenty minutes then they installed an air filter but that didn’t take long. The scheduling is nice if it works correctly. everything else went fine and the employees very friendly and offered service recommendations
