When scheduling the appointment, I mentioned that I was having trouble starting my car. I said it could be battery related. It was, and I had my battery replaced and oil changed. I had also stated in the phone I needed a new rear wiper blade, and my rear brakes changed. With the oil change there is a multi point inspection. Both the rear brakes and wiper blade “passed” as being “good”. They are not. On top of this, my starter was not checked prior to releasing my car to me. As you know a bad battery will kill your starter. Two days after having my car serviced, I almost could not get the car started after buying groceries. I am not satisfied with the service of my vehicle. I will say that the man who checked in my vehicle was very nice, and professional. I do appreciate the great customer service I have always received with your employees. I would also like to mention that I completely understand that things happen, but in my opinion this should have been caught when replacing the battery. Thank you.

Young lady was rude and not very helpful or informative..after getting home I really see they put several greasy hand pints in the hood and by the th tires, they were looking at..should have been cleaned up..it’s the week of Christmas I don’t have time to come back ..would like a rain check for a complimentary detail
