Not very friendly. Detail service is listed on the website, but not available. Too long to get checked in. Prices way too high. 55 for Def fill? Oil change price was outrageous. Not coming back.

First of all I was offered a service that's only performed on a 4x4 vehicle I have no front differential for it to be serviced,then when I brought my other pick up that I know for a fact needed brakes.I was given an inspection report 9point check , that was inaccurately filled out saying my truck was in operable conditions when,I know due to the millage it needed service and well the front brakes are in need of replacement along with other fluids that were failed to be mention. I was aware when I walked in that I was gona need to service it so over all total lost of trust and competence in you're team this all with in a span of 4hours on both of my two different but similar vehicles 2010 suburban and 2011 silverado both with about the same millage what a disappointment for an actual dealer I would expect this from Bob's shop not from an actual dealer I will be giving you guys a review and make sure every1 I can reach out to is aware of my experience along with the paper work I was provided I would hate for someone to be sold something unnecessary or for someone's safety to be put at risk due to the poor vehicle inspections performed at you're stablishment

I feel like our issue wasn't adressed properly. If the windshield wipers truly are operating as designed, Chevy needs to stop selling these vehicles in Texas as they are not save to operate during the many heavy rainfalls we get here.
