Never planned on being there. A major breakdown caused my meeting this GMC Dealership. To say they exceeded expectations is a big understatement. Peggy was right there to help in every way one could expect.
The manager Tom, the service tech Hector, Chris a sales Representative, and Peggy, a dream team that made one of my worst nightmares while traveling on the road, to one of the most unexpected pleasant experiences by a together team that is truly dedicated to their customers. There was some service that was recommended that had already been performed at an earlier date my the last time my oil was changed the drain plug was not tightened properly I lost at least 3 quarts of oil before I had driven about 2 miles I had to pull into the dollar store and wait for one of the technicians to bring more oil so I could get back to your dealership
