I brought my car in for a recall appointment and was very impressed with the service. We were greeted right away and called back in a timely manner. The Micheal kept us updated throughout the process in a professional and helpful way. When the car was ready, Michael personally gave us our keys and walked us out to our vehicle, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and stress free. Great customer service!

I do appreciate the help Alberto gave me. This is not a reflection of him. I'm filling out this survey as an attempt for follow up regarding my experience with service manager Oscar Najera but did not receive a survey tied to the service.
I sent this message below to Oscar earlier in the week and I haven't received any response back. I did get a call attempt that I unfortunately missed and called back however there has been no response still.

This is about my visit to your shop on August 8, 2025, for maintenance service on my EV6 Kia. When I arrived, I spoke with sales representative Alberto Nunez. He told me that based on my mileage, I needed a tire rotation and wheel alignment. My appointment was at 9:00 AM. Mr. Nunez said the car would be ready in two hours.
When I checked after two hours, the car was not ready. I waited another 45 minutes before it was done. Mr. Nunez gave me a 10% discount because it was late.
When I drove out, I noticed the steering wheel was not straight (1:00 o clock position)and the car was pulling to the right. I made a U-turn and went back to the shop. I told Mr. Nunez about the problem. He apologized and said they would fix it right away.
I waited again for more than two hours before the car was ready. By then I was very frustrated because I missed another appointment that day. I asked Mr. Nunez if I could speak to the manager to ask for a reimbursement because of the technician’s mistake. He told me the manager was out but would be back Monday. He gave me your name and extension. That is why I called you today and left a message, but I have not heard back.
My questions are:
1. Can I be reimbursed for what I paid?
2. How could the car be given back to me in that condition?
I would appreciate your response.

When we first received the car we had wheel locks on our trade in. The salesman dewon sharp told us he would get some for our new vehicle give him a week. We followed up with him and he didn't respond. Then a week or so later he left us a voicemail saying to call the service department and it would be handled. We called the service department and they had no idea what we were talking about. We played phone tag with sharp but never got our wheel locks and are still waiting.
