I had to wait over 2 hours because the person who makes keys does not come in until 10. It would have been nice if I was told that instead of letting me come in at 8 and not tell me until 9 that I can’t have my key made until that person comes in at 10. Unnecessary waste of time.

A $250 assessment fee is borderline extortion. If something on my car is covered by the warranty, there should be no fee at all to examine the issue. It seems an intentional effort to discourage customers from taking advantage of their warranty. If it turns out after being assessed, that the problem is not covered by the warranty then it was a $250 fine to have you even examine the vehicle. I’m extremely disappointed in Kia over this matter. This is not a critique of the man I met with, this is a critique of Kia.

There was little to no communication. I would respond to the texts and get nothing back. They had my car for a week last week, and we had to get my car to the point where it couldn’t drive anymore to bring it back. At the end of the day I did get it back and it seems to be running OK. However, I just wish I didn’t have to get so frustrated for action to be taken
