The only thing I didnt like was that I had to keep calling to check on my vehicle instead of them communicating with me. When I did call Jonathan was very professional and answered all my concerns to the best of his ability. Thank you will definitely recommend

I received something in the mail that said no mater what it would be covered literally on the paper mailed to me.
I called Covina kia dealership to confirm with all of my vehicles info that they already had because I’ve been survived there before.
Yet they couldn’t tell me until I came in if I would be covered….
Then I’m told well your car is salvaged so you aren’t covered anyways
Then I was told it’s my fault so it won’t be covered…
A whole morning wasted much like most of my trips to the kia dealership have been
You want to charge me for a diagnostic before you can even tell me what’s wrong when I can go to my mechanic that won’t screw me over who I trust who won’t change me that.
Overall 0/10 always…I won’t be buying a kia again or referring anyone just on customer service alone.
