There were two dents on my car. I was told it wouldn’t be looked at till Monday because there’s no service manager to look at it. So now I’m just waiting on that.

Your representative was pleasant and professional. My concern is that I have had my 2020 Sportage for 15 month and it only has 5860 miles on it. A week ago, the dash light for front collision started coming on and stays on every time I’m driving. It runs a safety check for lane alert, high beams, etc. The vehicle is obviously still under warranty, but I was told I would have to approve $175 diagnostic to check it out. There has been no collisions or front end damage, there’s no reason for the light being on other than a bad sensor, relay, or ??? This should fall under warranty.

3hrs for an oil change is not acceptable! I've been to the Alhambra and cerritos service center and never waited that long. Was not satisfied with the wait time nor was I updated on my vehicle's status. I decided to go to this location since it's by my employer, however I missed an appointment due to the long wait.
