Communication was very very difficult. I think rep was very busy and I had great difficulty to contact him at Kia- he was frequently too busy to take my calls and I would leave message and never get a call back. Rep said I had to keep calling back to check when machine was fixed so I could get service — I feel this was inappropriate— I shouldn’t have to check every day if machine is working. He should have been able to notify me himself when I could get next appt. after machine was fixed. Ridiculous for me to have to call in every day. Why couldn’t he just make a note and remember to call me back?
Also, he had limited knowledge why a/c needed refill if there is no leak. I had to look this up myself to find that vehicles will typically need to be recharged every 5 years when there r no leaks. …..
This was the Most frustrating experience I have ever had with a professional dealership. Very disappointed.
However, car was fixed eventually and it seems to be working good. I am thankful for that. Rep was nice throughout service frustrations, but just not able to provide enough communication…..I am assuming every one has more work than usual so less time is available for them to be personable and do appropriate follow up for customer service….seems that way w a lot of things due to COVID.

Left undercarriage uninstalled. Was dragging around when town truck arrived. Why would they leave that part disconnected after advising I would pick up the car the next day. Im completely unsatisfied with my service.
