Mistakes can be made but they serviced the wrong car and then I had to wait another hour and a half for my car. The only problem being I had movers waiting for me to return within a reasonable time. I arrived at KIA early for appt so my time was more than extended for service because they said it was done and then told me they serviced the wrong car. I certainly hope my car was serviced for what I came in for. Im not really happy about this...I bought the car in 2010 and never had an issue until this and unfortunatly extenuating circumstances. They gave me a voucher for a free visit next time but by that time Im sure it will be lost. I should have gotten some kind of discount but I had already paid they said it was too difficult to do. NOT HAPPY!

Was not greeted when entering the service area, waited in line to be checked in due to only one person at desk, then one clerk came in to help check in clients she helped client that was there before me and the other clerk came in and I was totally bypassed by him as he helped the person (Mr. Martinez) waiting behind me who also had a 10am appointment, at while all this is happening Mike is making return calls instead of checking in appointment’s, once he finished his call backs he then addressed me Asked me How was I doing? Answered good thank you I then asked him How was he doing? He answered Tired in abrupt way then continued to check me in asked my name why I was in gave him information he then asked where was I coming from I answered he responded that’s not what it says here different city I told him yes that’s me he persisted to the different city I just mentioned coming from as he stood up to get paperwork from printer continued remarks as he read city out loud I told him yes that’s home and that is me and I then asked Why I can not bring my car to get serviced here? He then told me oh no you can. The interaction I experienced was awful as soon as I walked into the service department to check in for my appointment. I don’t think I will be returning there very disappointed with customer service there. It was just as bad when I went to pick my car up later. I got there two service employees were outside talking one facing myself the other back towards me which I know they both could see and hear me there. As I entered once again I stood there waiting for someone to help me. I then seen another employee sitting in dark office space asked was I too late to get my car? He then got up said no they will help me he then yelled out waved to them outside still to come in to help me. Overall very disappointed with the entire experience at this location. Would not recommend this Kia service location.

I booked 2 cars in with appointments.for recall and service to 1 of the cars. Upon arrival was told no appointment. Had proof. Then received notice that cars were done. When we went to pick up cars one car was not ready. Had to wait. Not good customer service.

When I dropped off my car, my key fob was perfectly fine .
When I picked it back up , I almost thought it was a different key fob, as it was totally scratched and messed up when I went back I told Lexi about it. She said she didn’t know what to do. She didn’t really look at it before. She told me that they did wash my car . Then I drove away across the street to citrus car wash and completely washed my car..(inside and out). As I was waiting for my car, I started to think wait a minute, I just gave this company business gave them money. Trusted them with my property and they brought it (key)back damaged and I should be OK with that.?????That doesn’t sound right.. I drove away and I called Covina kia and spoke to another person, and he said that they probably just gave me a different key….,,that my key is in the car somewhere that I should look for it. I thought all of this was very odd and felt very uneasy about it so I called back and asked to speak to a manager and she was very helpful and I told her I don’t mean to be a pain but this is very odd. I left my property with this place, and it came back damaged…..Adam called me and told me he would take care of it. Maybe he means by giving me a new key fob which I really think he’s trying to do his best. I get it, but at the same time I just don’t understand why it got messed up in the first place. I actually thought that it was a different key because it looks so different , I was just a little put off by taking my car there, spending more than I expected, because they told me I had to get something else done, time estimate was not correct.
Then, when I collected my car, my key fob is all scratched and peeled off. It looked like it was 10 years old..
