Matt was terrific. Courteous and thoughtful. My main gripe is the woman who books your service appointments. She is just plain rude and acts like she is doing me a favor by booking an appointment. She is the first contact with the service dept. and thus, represents the face of your dealership. Either train her or remove her. She is not an asset to the company.

Lexi was wonderful to work with- very efficient and kept me informed about the progress. I do wish that a diagnostic did not have to take 2 to 3 days to complete. I was told that to have my air conditioning checked the dealership would need my car for 2 to 3 days and I was not offered a loaner. I cannot go that long without my car as I have no other vehicle and I have to have physical therapy twice a week for shoulder replacement surgery. It seems to me that the least the company can do is offer a loaner for that length of time.

I will never recommend Kia ever based on how your service works. Having to make an appointment and not guaranteeing the car will be seen at said appointment time. What is the point of making an appointment if the car will not be seen at that time? First and last Kia that we will purchase.
