Wasted several hours of my time due to lack of basic communication from service department. They established that I would need a diagnostic with in twenty minutes. They allowed me to wait nearly three hours without touching my car. To inform that I will not be able to get a diagnosis anytime soon. I do not plan on coming back.

The only issue I had was getting home I checked the oil level as I’m almost due for oil seevice and noticed my vehicle was nearly a quart down. I’m losing roughly 1qt about every 1,000 miles. I brought this to the attention of the prior dealer Alhambra Kia and nothing came of it.
