My quote time for an oil change was 2 hours and it took over 2 hours. I came in with a 1:30 pm appointment and the service still took over two hours which also caused me to be late for a 4pm meeting. An oil change has never taken that long at the other Honda dealership, so I most likely will not be back to Easy Honda for an oil change.

I came with a complaint that my battery is probably dead and nothing was done to my car. Just inspection and a suggestion that I replace the battery. No one even thought to give me a call, text, email anything regarding the battery test that came back negative. Even though I asked before if my battery has warranty because I replaced it a year ago and Rick said yes. So I don’t know what happened and why I got a quote for 260 dollars for a new battery. Communication was terrible and no service was performed.

I took my Lincoln MKZ to have a tire that was damaged replaced. Rene in parts and Rudy in service were very helpful and took care of my problem very quickly. I only take my Honda to easy Honda and was very pleased with the fact that even though it was a Lincoln, they still provided the excellent service as they always do. Thank you gentlemen for all of your help.
