Over 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation its outrageous, specially with an appointment. I also opted for the car wash and it seemed like they just sprayed water over the car, it was still dirty after the service.

On this occasion, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of communication provided. There was no effective follow-up nor direct communication with me regarding the status of my vehicle. I was compelled to make repeated calls in order to obtain updates, and the responses I received were neither timely nor satisfactory.
