Mr. Haynes was professional and honest with timing and he even saved me some money. I though I had to get a tire rotation agin, but he said that since it was done already then there was no need to do it again before it’s due time. The oil change took longer than expected, but Mr. Haynes told me that they were short staffed, so it was understandable since it was the day after Christmas. He also informed me about my Honda Certified Warranty on how I had two free complementary oil changes and that this was going to be my second and last free oil change. I appreciate his honesty.

Had a suspected bad battery right before some very cold weather about to hit in Houston. Eric quickly ran a test for me which did recommend a battery replacement. New battery was installed and I was on my way in a little over an hour - and they took care of the radio reconnections and everything- glad I have the battery for the next few days over Christmas in Houston - it could have been bad.

Rudy was a horrible service advisor. He was rude and cut me off when I was trying to talk to him. I asked to speak to the service manager and he said that I could move my car out of the way and then wait for 2 hours to speak to him. I said “What?” And his response was “you want me to start servicing your car now?” I replied yes because I want to get out of there as soon as possible. Then he said just an oil change and I reminded him that I needed the B 7 service. His response was “you want the brake fluid also? Well okay.” I asked him to have the service manager called me and I have not received a call as of 7:18 pm on 12/21/2022. Worst customer service experience ever. I will no longer come to this dealership. The only reason I come here is because of you are close to my house. I will drive 20-30 minutes out of my way to not have to deal with this kind of rude, disrespectful and unprofessional attitude from your employees.
