Coupon that was sent to me was not honored.I was told I should have presented the coupon when I checked my car in.
I mentioned about the noise that I am hearing when I turn the ac on.Instead of noting the issue.Right away he mentioned the amount that I will be charged for.
I also mentioned about my need for Emmision test.I was informed that the machine is broken but did not even offer to call and notify me when to re-schedule.
I am a customer since 2010 and never encountered customer service like this from your facility.
I may not come back.

To get a new tire. I should not have to leave my car 1/2 of the day. I just needed a tire replacement. I had a screw in my tire and it could not be repaired. They replaced the tire. I also had to pay for labor. I bought all 4 tires from you all. This is not good customer service. I only have 8 thousand miles on my car. I should not have to pay for labor.

Rudy was ok. I asked him to check on a piece of molding on my car but that was not done. When I went to pick the car up, he was not there and all other service advisors completely ignored me. I even told some of the techs I was here to pick up my car and they told the advisors that I was here to pick up, but still wasn’t helped. I had to wait at least 20 minutes before I went to talk to a lady and she said to deal with my assigned service advisor. I told her he was at lunch and then she reluctantly helped me.
